I made this card for 2 challanges, one on do crafts, and the other on Simon Says Stamp Challange blog. The sketch has been designed by Claire Curd, which you can find details about on the do crafts website, Simon Says Stamp wanted us to create a card with stitching. It is the first time I have used stitching. I dont know what I think of it really, but I did enjoy doing it, and I am pleased with the finished result. I also inked the edges of the image, which I have also never done, again i am pleased with the end result. In fact its the first time I have played with Basic Grey papers!!! I will be doing lots more playing believe me. I had little interest in their products, but won some Basic Grey stamps and they were lovely, and stamped beautifully, so I decided to give in and get some Lemonade papers! I can't wait for Eskimoo Kisses to come and those adoreable stamps! A girl can't have too many Christmas papers can she???<br />Anyway the challenges. Magonlia Too is to create a 3D tilda-I had lots of fun doing this-and I shall definately do it again. Basic Grey asked us to create cards with a pink-brown-yellow scheme.<br /><a href="http://tinypic.com/" target="_blank"><img height="319" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic" src="http://i31.tinypic.com/2ynqphx.jpg" width="386" border="0" /></a><br /><div align="center">I hope this fits the orders of things!</div><div align="center">Stamps-Magnolia Tilda</div><div align="center">Paper- Basic Grey Lemonade</div><div align="center">Ribbon from stash</div><div align="center">Flower and Brad- Papermania</div><div align="center">Image coloured with watercolours and embossed with clear powder.
